Morris Kandinov has filed a new proposed class action in California federal court against Meta Platforms Inc. arising from the use of Meta’s advertising tools by organized scammers to perpetrate a pump-and-dump scheme involving Jayud Global Logistics Ltd. (NASDAQ: JYD). The scam caused losses in excess of $500 million.
