In connection with its ongoing investigation of pump-and-dump schemes perpetrated through social media, Morris Kandinov LLP filed a class action in California federal court on behalf of victims who were led to purchase shares of Ostin Technology Group Co., Ltd (Ticker: OST). The action, filed on November 24, 2025, alleges that Meta Platforms, Inc. has fostered pervasive and lucrative relationships with scammers and facilitated the creation of fraudulent advertisements on its Facebook and Instagram platforms, including a pump and dump scheme relating to OST. The action seeks to recover losses of at least $110 million.
