Jonathan is a seasoned litigator representing plaintiffs and defendants across a broad spectrum of antitrust, securities, corporate governance, products liability, consumer protection, and complex commercial litigation. He has over a decade of experience litigating novel, high-risk matters on behalf of businesses and individuals, with particular expertise in large-scale class action, opt-out, and multi-district litigation.

Jonathan brings rigorous analysis and creative problem solving to help clients achieve the best possible outcomes. Jonathan is experienced in all aspects of pre-trial, trial, and post-trial practice. He has first-chair trial experience and has advocated for clients before state and federal courts throughout the United States, as well as FINRA, AAA, and JAMS arbitrators.

Jonathan began his practice at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, where he worked for over 7 years on a diverse range of complex plaintiff-side multi-district class action and opt-out litigation in federal courts. He has worked closely with in-house counsel, businesses, and individuals to create successful litigation strategies in matters involving investment recovery, trade secrets, contract disputes, unfair competition, and other commercial litigation.

Jonathan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Peter W. Hall of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
