Gina concentrates on shareholder derivative litigation and consumer class actions, primarily in the state and federal courts of California. She has been involved in a number of high-profile California cases advancing the law for shareholders, including with respect to director oversight, control issues, and inspection rights. She has a broad background in corporate and consumer litigation, and previously worked with multiple large law firms where she represented clients in the financial, insurance, healthcare, technology, energy, and auto industries in cases arising from the subprime meltdown, false advertising, insider trading, and other corporate misconduct and unfair business practices. While in law school, Gina was a judicial extern to the Honorable Michael Johnson of the Superior Court of California, Los Angeles. She graduated magna cum laude from Loyola Marymount University.
